Status Leisure Limited Product Warranty
Your new Status Trailer is guaranteed against faulty Workmanship or Parts for a period of one year from date of purchase providing that it is serviced in accordance with our Maintenance Schedule.
Please note when replacing trailer parts on your Status Sports Trailer, original AL-KO spares and parts must be used wherever possible. Failure to do so could invalidate your warranty. Contact Status Leisure Limited for details.
In the event of a Warranty Claim being made, you must in the first instance contact Status Leisure Limited by telephone, email or in writing at the contact details below. We will then advise you on procedure, which may involve you taking your trailer to our manufacturing base in Essex, or to an Independent Service Centre. A technical report will then be forwarded to the Status Leisure Limited Head Office, which will authorise any necessary repairs if it is felt that the Warranty Claim is justified.
Repairs undertaken by any other person or Company other than an Official Status Leisure approved associate, must first of all be sanctioned by Status Leisure Limited in writing.
Any claims that result from overloading, misuse, or failing to carry out the Specified Service Schedule, will invalidate this warranty. Items which are subject to normal wear and tear such as tyres, and brake shoes are also excluded. Any modifications made to the Trailer during the Warranty Period that have not been sanctioned by Status Leisure Limited will also render this warranty invalid.
Status Leisure Limited will not be liable on any occasion to pay compensation for any loss or damage consequential or otherwise sustained by the Purchaser or the Trailer User for any breakdown howsoever caused.
