The body of the Status Trailer consists of several hand-made moulded fibreglass panels. The split lines joining the panels are cleverly designed into the contours of the bodywork and are almost invisible.
Hand-made fibreglass with steel plates and bars embedded into the fibreglass provide extra strength and rigidity to the trailer. The patterns for the fibreglass moulds are finished to such a high standard that they provide a mirror-like sheen to the trailer body.
We offer our customers a choice of nearly 300 colours for their trailer. When a customer selects their colour choice, the pigment is then mixed into the resin of the fibreglass. The benefit is that the colour of a fibreglass trailer cannot be scratched away, unlike a spray paint finish, as the colour runs ‘through’ the fibreglass.
